Restrant review

Tokujyuan is a Japanese food restaurant. The atmosphere is good because we can see a pond. It becomes composed. In this restaurant, when we enter, we take off our shoes. It may be rare. There are sushi, soba, tempura, and so on. Soba is Japanese noodles, and tempura is fried fish and vegetables. We can eat also set menu. I was satisfied with portion sizes. I recommend this restaurant to not only Japanese but also foreigner. The only negative point is far from a station, but I hope you visit!

What is it?

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
7 cups thinly sliced pared apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 egg white
Additional sugar

Directions
1.In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and spices; set aside. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add sugar mixture; toss well to coat. Line a 9-in. pie pan with half the pastry. Place apple filling into crust; dot with butter. Roll out remaining pastry to fit top of pie. Cut a few slits in top. beat egg white until foamy; brush over pastry. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes. Increase temperature to 400 degrees F and bake 10-15 minutes more or until golden.

Movie Review

High School Musical, is a happy movie about high school students.
Troy Bolton is a basket ball player. He tried to sing in his high school musical. But, his basket ball club team member cannot understand his action. There are many interesting characters. They are hilarious.
The plot, soundtrack and script are so good. I have this CD and listen. Zac Efron as Troy Bolton is so cool!
When I see this movie, I want to go back in my high school again.
If you haven't see this, you should!
